Residents Lifestyle
Our aim at Grangewood Lodge is to provide a happy relaxed and friendly atmosphere offering sanctuary from anxiety and stress enabling residents to enjoy a high quality of life in a unique setting.
We recognise the necessity for residents to feel completely relaxed and ‘at home’. Accordingly, residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to make their room as familiar and homely as possible.
Social Activities
Particular attention is paid to the dignity and individuality of residents at Grangewood. Individual needs and abilities are constantly monitored and where possible we encourage residents to play a major role in the decisions regarding their day to day lifestyle. To this end meetings are regularly held for residents providing them with an opportunity to present new ideas and opinions on the services provided. We do however respect a residents preference for privacy and quietness.
