Management Grangewood is under the charge of a qualified Manager and Head of Care. They are supported by 30 members of staff therefore ensuring adequate staffing at all times. All care staff are qualified to NVQ levels relevant to their position. NVQ training is offered to all new members joining our staff. Pictured is Mr Fisher, the propietor, seated and senior members of staff. Immediately to his left is Amelia Newstead his daughter who works alongside him with regards to specific administration matters including payroll and residents fees. Whilst standing behind Mr Fisher is the manager, Fay Hatfield who is fully qualified with considerable knowledge and experience in this field. To Fay's left is Linda, Head of Care who has been with the Home for some 14 years. The senior team take full responsibility for the establishment alongside the manger and in the managers absence. All employees at Grangewood are taught to uphold the principles of courtesy and respect towards residents at all times as embodied in the residents charter.
